As of 07.09. September 7, 2023, changes will come into take effect in the fields in the area "Vacation calculationaccounting" area, which that affect the factoring proration of the vacation entitlement when entering or leaving the company upon hire or termination and the addition crediting date of vacation entitlements.

Note! The following new features only apply to vacation entitlements that are recorded in DAYS.
Proration is not possible for vacation entitlements in hours!

The following changes have been made:

Factoring Proration of the entry year of hire

In the future, the following options will be available for selection in the field "Factoring Proration of entry the year of hire" field:

•     No
•     Legally compliant (Austria)
•     Aliquot
•     Part Prorated
• Prorated part-time

The options

•     No / partial Proration parental leave, resignation     termination
• Legally compliant (Austria) / Prorated maternity Proration parental leave, resignation     Aliquot termination
• Prorated / Proration of parental leave, resignationtermination

are no longer available discontinued and will are instead be transferred to the new parameter "Proration of leaving upon termination or maternity parental leave" (checkbox).

Reference date of the addition

Here there is Activating this checkbox reduces the vacation entitlement accordingly upon termination or when an absence reason such as parental leave is entered in the system.

Crediting cut-off date

There is a new field "Addition Crediting of the annual entitlement" with the following choices

selection options

• Year of hire
• Calendar year

If neither the one nor the other selection option of these options is suitable, there is still the possibility to you can still enter a separate date in the field "Alternative crediting cut-off date of addition" field.
