New Features

Search function for the holiday calendar

A search function was added to the selection list of the region to apply for the matching holiday calendar in po_showPersons.act/Settings/Time Tracking/Holiday Calendar, which now lets you find the matching holiday calendar more quickly.

Gender "diverse"

In the display of employee statistics and employee demographics on the HR Expert dashboard, the gender "diverse" is now also visualized.

The avatar of persons without a profile picture now also has a gender-neutral design:

Paid meals in business trip expense reports

With this release, when preparing expense reports for business trips, in the "Daily Deductions" block, you can record the deduction for meals paid by the company with a single click for all days of the trip, or set all meals of one type (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to "unpaid" for all days of the trip. In addition, the function "No meals paid by the company (deductions)" was moved to the top.
This simplifies entering the expense report, especially for long business trips, since it is no longer necessary to decide separately for each meal on each day of the trip.

Weekly working time in the weekly program selection list

The selection list of weekly programs for a person, offered under Persons/Settings/Time Tracking, now also shows the weekly working time. This makes it faster to find the matching program, especially since the working time can also be used in the search function.

Visual separation in travel expense reports

As soon as the date of a business trip requested via a travel request has passed, a travel expense report is created automatically for that trip.
What is new is that, as of version 4.57, there is a clear visual separation between the travel request and the associated expense report.
