Indicator for a "switched" user

This release introduces an additional indicator for switched users:
In addition to the name, a green ring around the user picture shows that you are working as a switched user. As a result, the green return arrow is removed because of the redesign of the navigation bar (= the top edge of the view with the user picture thumbnail, access to settings and to help, etc.).

Expanded help options in the navigation bar

As a local admin, the following help options are available when you click the question mark icon:

• Help for this page → goes directly to the matching page of the manual
• User Help → link to the home page of the manual
• Create support tickets → option to submit a support request, identical to the function in the menu tree
• About Personalwolke → user info on the version, etc.

Users without admin permission do not see the Create support tickets item.

New titles for reports in HR Expert

In the Personnel area, the titles of the various lists were aligned with the names in the selection list.

Client name no longer shown in parts of HR Expert

In the display of some HR Expert functions, the client name is shown repeatedly. This makes sense for users who have access to multiple clients.
For users who only access one client, however, this results in an unnecessary repetition of the client name.
Therefore, showing the client name was combined with the user's access options, so that the client is no longer shown in such a case. This affects the following functions:

Organization chart query (Organization → Organization Chart)

Persons query

Organizational unit query (Organization → Organizational Unit)

Expanded selection list when booking project time

It is now possible to extend the project selection list when booking time with additional columns that make it easier to find a specific project more quickly when needed.

The following columns can be added on request:

• planned hours
• total hours worked
• total billable hours worked
• remaining billable hours

Change in how absence reasons are displayed in selection lists

In the future, absence reasons in the selection lists of the Correction Client and the Absence Client will be displayed in the following format:
(ID number)   Abbreviation of the absence reason - Absence reason (spelled out)

Person overview: organizational unit instead of group

In the person overview table po_showPersons.act, the column heading "Group" was renamed to "Organizational Unit", because only organization chart groups = organizational units, and no other type of group assignment, are listed here.

Staffing plan hidden when not in use

The "Staffing Plan" feature is now only displayed if it is actively used. For users who do not use it, it was removed from the applications for the sake of clarity.
