Update 2025-04-30 (Time Tracking)

Time tracking has been updated and extended with a new function.

New Feature

Municipalities: Kindergarten Preparation Hours

Preparation time no longer has to be booked manually.
Personalwolke now offers the option to automatically book preparation time daily, for example for kindergarten teachers.

To use this feature, you only need to increase the daily target time by the corresponding pro-rata share.
Example: A weekly allotment of 3.5 hours of preparation time results in a daily share of 42 minutes for a five-day week.

After that, the preparation time only needs to be entered in the daily program, and it is then added automatically every day.

Benefits:

• No more manual booking of preparation time required
• Even distribution across the work week ensures a fair share of time for time off in lieu or vacation
