Updated to version 4.60.3.

Improvements

• A new option has been introduced for messages requiring acknowledgment. It makes it possible to address messages to parent groups and automatically extend them to all subgroups. The option is visible in the user interface.
• When creating new test clients, the assignment of the client to the travel expense settlement definition now applies its validity retroactively according to the configured number of months (e.g., 3 months into the past), so that travel expense reports can be created immediately.

Additional bug fixes were also made.
