Update 2025-07-08 (4.60.12)

Updated to version 4.60.12.

Improvements

• A new setting has been introduced that allows dashboards and reports to be hidden for HR-Expert users. Instead of the dashboard, the list of active persons is now displayed automatically, and the corresponding menu entries are hidden.

Additional bug fixes were also made.
