Extension of the Existing Client Option for Menu Control

The existing client option for controlling menu visibility in HR-Expert has been extended: From now on, the System Maintenance menu item is also hidden for users who do not have view permission for the entire client. This allows the user interface to be adapted even more precisely to the respective permission structure.

Additional bug fixes were also made.
