The prerequisite for enabling To enable an employee to use time recording via the Personalwolke is activating , the employee must be activated for time recording when creating their personnel profile is created in the Personalwolke.

This activation is best done immediately after saving an a newly created employee newly entered in the Personalwolke. (It is not possible to edit Editing the time recording form directly immediately while creating a new employeerecord is not possible.)

In the "Time recordingRecording" tab, you can define the start of time recording for the selected employee, their percentage working time and the weekly programplan to be applied to them.

Other fields in on the form support help you in maintaining maintain the employee's working time data and the resulting entitlements resulting from it, such as the number of vacation days.

To enter the time recording data, a weekly programplan must exist. It is created via Personalwolke Time or Personalwolke Time Professional.
