#1 Deactivating Synchronization with Outlook Calendar

You can now deactivate the synchronization of absences with Microsoft Outlook. If you decide to deactivate it for data protection reasons, all absences synchronized in the Outlook calendar - including future entries - are deleted automatically.

This feature can be set up after consulting your account manager.

#2 Assigning Multiple Persons to a Group/Role at Once

With version 4.39.0, you can assign multiple persons to a group/role in a single step. This saves valuable time and makes your work even more efficient.

#3 Assigning Multiple Executors at Once in Project Permissions

When creating new project permissions, you can likewise select and assign multiple executors in a single step.

#4 Newly Created Time Models Are Automatically Available in the Correction Client

Newly created time models are now automatically visible in the correction client among all available time models.

#5 Microsoft Internet Explorer Is No Longer Supported

Starting with Personalwolke version 4.40, access via Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported. To continue using Personalwolke, we recommend using modern browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.
