#1 Neues Feature „Abgeleitete Rollen“ 

In der Vergangenheit haben unsere Kunden vermehrt angefragt, allen Rolleninhabern einer Rolle gemäß Ihrer jeweiligen Rollenzuordnung Zugriff auf Auswertungen zu geben. Dies ist nun durch das Konzept der „abgeleiteten Rollen“ möglich. Somit können z.B.: Vorgesetzte nicht nur auf die eigene Organisationseinheit und alle darunter liegenden zugreifen, sondern auf alle Organisationseinheiten für die sie verantwortlich sind. 

Beispiel: 

Frau Müller ist der Marketing Abteilung zugeordnet und verantwortet folgende Organisationseinheiten: 

Marketing 

• Marketing Wien 
• Marketing Graz

Sales 

• Sales Wien 
• Sales Graz 

Durch die Standard Personalwolke Einstellungen erhält sie Zugriff auf beide darunter liegenden Organisationseinheiten, da diese in der Organisationseinheit Marketing beheimatet sind: 

Marketing 

• Marketing Wien 
• Marketing Graz 

Mit Hilfe der abgeleiteten Rolle wiederum kann man die Einsichtserlaubnis gemäß der Rollendefinition verwenden und somit erhält Sie auf folgende Organisationseinheiten Zugriff:

Marketing 

• Marketing Wien 
• Marketing Graz

#1 New Feature "Derived Roles"

In the past, our customers have increasingly asked to give all holders of a role access to evaluations according to their respective role assignment. This is now possible through the concept of "derived roles." For example, supervisors can then access not only their own organizational unit and all units below it, but all organizational units for which they are responsible.

Example:

Ms. Müller is assigned to the Marketing department and is responsible for the following organizational units:

Marketing

• Marketing Wien
• Marketing Graz

Sales

• Sales Wien
• Sales Graz

With the standard Personalwolke settings, she gets access to both of the organizational units below, since they are located within the Marketing organizational unit:

Marketing

• Marketing Wien
• Marketing Graz

With a derived role, on the other hand, the viewing permission can be used according to the role definition, so she gets access to the following organizational units:

Marketing

• Marketing Wien
• Marketing Graz

Sales

• Sales Wien
• Sales Graz
