New Features

Menu: New Loading Spinner

There is now a new, modern loading spinner, so the menu on the left edge of the screen is no longer blocked. This means other actions can still be performed while a load is in progress.

Evaluations and Reports: Hidden Columns Are Not Exported

Evaluations/reports that contain hidden columns no longer show them in the print/PDF/XLS version.

Administration/Persons: Switch to HR-Expert

All administrators who also have access to HR-Expert can now switch directly to HR-Expert using a new button when editing a person.

Requests/Vacation Requests: Half-Day Vacations Now Also Appear in the Entitlement

If you request a half day of vacation, this half day is now also taken into account in the display of approved and remaining available vacation days.

Business Trip Expense Reports

The following new features are available in this area:

• Per diems for international trips can now also be displayed in foreign currencies
• The reference date of travel receipts can now be changed
• The display of regions for receipts has been extended to all regions

HR-Expert: Maternity Protection Calculation

The maternity protection period is now automatically calculated from the actual date of birth.
