Bug Fix

  • [WD-16529] - A performance improvement in Webdesk made necessary by the last releases was achieved
  • [WD-16291] - Fix for an issue that caused the save operation to take too long when changing the validity of assignments of career levels to positions in HR Expert
  • [WD-16630] - Fix for an issue in HR Expert that appeared when a person's entry date was before the start of validity of their employment and caused this person not to appear in the entry/exit list (HR Expert/Reports)
  • [WD-16616] - Fix for an issue that prevented saving a role when a longer text was entered in a role description
  • [WD-16625] - Fix for an issue that hindered sorting by daily target or weekly target in the list of daily programs and weekly programs
  • [WD-16713] - Fix for an issue that kept deactivating the "Stay logged in" function at login
  • [WD-12664] - The "NFC Tags" field in the master record view of a person (po_editPerson.act) is now only visible if the client of this person uses one or more kiosks
  • [WD-16525] - Fix for an issue in HR Expert that caused the date of a job plan assignment to influence the data in the "Employment Start" dashboard and the data presented in the "Entries/Exits" report
  • [WD-16596] - Fix for an issue that caused attachments to travel requests not to be shown in the Workflow lists
  • [WD-16653] - Fix for an issue in the Correction Client (ta_correctionClient.act) that led to unusable information in the correction note as soon as an open booking interval was edited
  • [WD-17129] - Fix for an issue in the calculation of vacation usage in the vacation request and in the planned/unplanned vacation days in Master Data/Accounts when December 24 and/or December 31 are to be counted only as half holidays (50% working time). An additional configuration was introduced in the TaCon system configuration for this purpose, where a field in the daily program can be selected that serves as a marker for daily programs used on December 24 / December 31 for this special case.

Improvements

  • [WD-16362] - From now on, client-specific objects in the Personalwolke Travel area appear only in the equally client-specific configurations and the selection lists associated with them. These objects are no longer displayed to third parties. For example, a receipt type assigned to a client will in the future only be displayed when a user of that client uses a trip type generated specifically for that client
  • [WD-16571] - The menu view in the mobile version was improved by simplifying the display.
  • [WD-12178] - Update to Vaadin 8 for HR Expert
  • [WD-16319] - The view of the travel expense report was redesigned so that in the future there is a clear visual separation between multiple travel expense reports, or between a travel request and the associated travel expense report
  • [WD-16633] - In the field definitions area, it is now also possible to filter by whether a field definition is public or not public
  • [WD-16629] - A search function was added to the selection list of the region to be applied for the matching holiday calendar under Persons/Settings/Time Tracking/Holiday Calendar
  • [WD-16642] - In the display of the employee statistics and employee demographics in the HR Expert dashboard, the gender "Diverse" is now also shown
  • [WD-16476] - The selection list of weekly programs for a person, which is offered under Persons/Settings/Time Tracking, now also shows the weekly working time
  • [WD-16472] - When settling business trips, it is now possible in the "Daily Deductions" block to record the deduction for meals paid by the company with a single click for all days per type of deduction (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
  • [WD-16547] - From now on, log settings in clustered systems that are saved on one node are automatically applied to all members (nodes) of the cluster
  • [WD-15156] - With regard to IF 6020, it is now possible to start certain PLI scripts when a person leaves the company
  • [WD-16645] - It is now possible to create custom REST endpoints with connectors using the PoRestEndpointJsonConnector. For more information, please contact our consultants.
  • [WD-16598] - The mobile view of the filter for the evaluation of workflows was improved
  • [WD-16644] - The avatar of persons without a profile picture now has a gender-neutral design
