Bug Fixes

  • [WD-16832] - Fix for an issue that caused career levels added to the job and valid on the current date not to be displayed in the action hr_editJobLevelTaskAssignments

  • [WD-16833] - Fix for an issue that displayed assignments to career levels even though their assignment to the underlying job no longer exists

  • [WD-16833] - Fix for an issue that caused the "valid from" field of job assignments in hr_editJobLevelTaskAssignements.act not to be displayed.

  • [WD-16770] - Fix for an issue in the group calendar that caused the browser to crash whenever "..." in the page navigation of the query was clicked multiple times

  • [WD-17006] - Fix for an issue that prevented a career level from also being deleted for the person when the career level was deleted or ended for a job

  • [WD-16838] - Fix for an issue that prevented opening a context menu, for example in the list of salary items, and occurred whenever full-screen mode was used

Improvements

  • [WD-16938], [WD-10467] - With the appropriate configuration, absence reasons and absence reason buttons on the dashboard can be colored. New is that the coloring and button design are based on the absence reason group if nothing of the kind was assigned to the absence reason itself.

  • [WD-16896], [WD-16892]- It is now possible to assign travel expense report validations to specific clients. This requires binding such validations to the user's permissions for one or more clients.

  • [WD-17060] - In connection with the redesign of the navigation bar (= area at the top edge with the thumbnail profile picture, access to the settings, help, etc.), the display of the username will be removed. To continue to indicate that you are working as a switched user, the profile picture is surrounded by a green ring when the user is switched.

  • [WD-15998], [WD-16796], [WD-16798] - An OR operator was added for the determining factors of the sources for the configurations of a person's time tracking accounts. These are client, legislation, and collective agreement.

  • [WD-12184] - Webdesk is now based on Java 11

  • [WD-14649], [WD-17045], [WD-17046] - As of this update, the Job Plan feature in all related functions is visible only to clients that actually use it. By default, it is no longer displayed.

  • [WD-16711] - Improvement of the layout of the project evaluation when using a mobile device

  • [WD-16712] - Improvement of the layout on mobile devices for adding attachments in the area of absence entries

  • [WD-16785] - The appearance of the scroll bar in the menu bar was improved by increasing the contrast of the display

  • [WD-12171] - Reduced the loading time of dialog windows in various functions

  • [WD-13555] - Optimization of the translation interface to avoid incorrect display of translations

  • [WD-17043] - In the list of persons (po_showPersons.act), the name of the Groups column was changed to "Organizational Units", since the column refers exclusively to org chart groups (= organizational units), see "New Features in 4.58".

  • [WD-16911] - Travel Management: Pagination was introduced for the action tm_editAllowanceCalcDef.act to make it possible to use the allowance calculation definition even when a large number of users access it at the same time.

  • [WD-16363] - The display of error messages in connection with queries related to time tracking accounts was standardized.

  • [WD-17157] - The configuration of the links behind the ? icon in the navigation bar (topmost area of the display, which also contains the thumbnail profile picture) was adjusted so that the appropriate link to the manual of Personalwolke or of Webdesk can be displayed.

  • [WD-16622] - The ? icon in the navigation bar was made somewhat more prominent

  • [WD-16789] - Filters based on the action ta_getOrgJournal.act can now also use text modules as filter names

  • [WD-13417] - In the booking action (ta_doBooking.act), the message "No booking available" now appears instead of the empty table when there is no booking.
  • [WD-16820] - In the Correction Client and the Absence Client, absence reasons in the selection lists are now displayed in the form (ID number) abbreviation - long name, for example (4) K - Sick.

Improvements in HR Expert

  • [WD-17057] - The "Personnel" menu item in HR Expert makes it possible to get an overview of persons with different statuses; for example, you can select "Entries" to get a list of all new employees. New is that such lists with subgroups now also carry the type of the subgroup as their title, e.g., "Entries", see "New Features in 4.58".
  • [WD-14096] - The repeated mention of the client name in some HR Expert functions, e.g., in the org chart, was reduced for users who only have permission for one client, see also "New Features in 4.58". This is intended to improve the clarity of the view.
  • [WD-17058] - Likewise, the "Client" column was removed from some overview lists in HR Expert if permissions exist for only a single client, see also "New Features in 4.58". This reduces the width of the table and thus increases clarity.

Improvements in Project Time

  • [WD-17022], [WD-17091] - In the Project Time Bookings function, a selection list can be used to find the appropriate project. As of this release, it is now possible to add further columns to the table view of the projects available for selection. This client-specific setting can be configured on request.

The columns that can be added are

  • Planned hours
  • Total hours worked
  • Total billable hours worked
  • Remaining billable hours

Improvement in Travel Management

  • [WD-17055] - Attachments from the travel expense report (tm_editTravel.act) can now be downloaded as a single PDF
