Improvements

[WD-18837] - HRX users without a full client view no longer see dashboards or reports. Instead, they land directly on the list of active persons. Navigation items were also adjusted accordingly.
[WD-17684] - For German customers, entering the destination country is no longer required for daily per diems with border crossing, since the last border of the day is automatically considered decisive.

[WD-19231] - The report Travel Expenses (detail infos) NEW Beta returned no results if no grouping was selected.
[WD-19049] - In the export function of get_OrgTravel, receipts in portrait format (e.g. smartphone photos) were automatically exported in landscape format.
[WD-19184] - Opening certain receipts with calculations (e.g. SEG allowance) caused a browser error, which aborted the action.

[WD-19011] - An error message occurred when opening the time correction for combined TA/PTM actions due to a technical problem (NullPointer).
[WD-18166] - Changes to existing help texts in actions could not be saved. The changed text was not retained after saving.
[WD-19119] - A non-serializable object related to ActionConfigDateLimitation caused errors in JMS communication.
[WD-19207] - The configuration po_externalWebPage no longer supported tel: links. Instead, an error message about the server response was displayed.

[WD-19224] - In certain cases, the job server stopped because an internal error prevented the processing of logs. The cause was fixed and log reliability was improved.
[WD-19192], [WD-19107] - When downloading BIRT reports (e.g. "Course Costs") as Excel or PDF files, the browser tab opened for this was not automatically closed. This behavior confused users, as the tabs remained open even though the download had completed successfully.
