Filter

With the help of filters, you can set various filters in configurations of the action "ta_getOrgJournal", e.g., if more than 5 days of unscheduled vacation are open (unscheduled), or x days of care leave / sick leave / training per year.

  • Left parentheses
  • Table
You can choose between accounts and person fields Time & Attendance here. Depending on the selection, different accounts are available in the "Column" item
  • Column
    Select the corresponding account
  • Operator
< less than, <= less than or equal to, == equal to, > greater than, >= greater than or equal to
  • Value
Enter a corresponding value (refers to days)
  • Right parentheses
  • Grouping: AND / OR
    • AND : An AND operation allows you to define an additional condition for the filter. This allows users to be checked against multiple criteria (e.g., "Sick leave > 0 AND Vacation > 25" >> All users for whom BOTH criteria apply are displayed)
    • OR: The OR operation allows filtering by criteria that are also checked independently of each other. (e.g., "Sick leave > 0 OR Vacation > 25" >> All users for whom ONE OF THE TWO criteria applies are displayed)

Caution: If an AND operation is combined with an OR operation, parentheses must be used if the OR operation is not supposed to take precedence over the AND operation. The parentheses cause the AND operation to be interpreted before the OR operation.
Example: "Sick leave is greater than zero and vacation is greater than 25 or remaining vacation is greater than 25" is interpreted without parentheses as "Vacation is greater than 25 or remaining vacation is greater than 25 AND sick leave is greater than zero", that is, the OR operation takes precedence. If the parentheses are entered as follows: "(Sick leave is greater than zero and vacation is greater than 25) or remaining vacation is greater than 25", the AND operation is interpreted first and only then the OR operation.
