Statistics
The stastistic provides a monitoring tool for executive staff, offering an overview over optional (individually parametrized) time accounts, such as development of balance accounts or balance of overtime hours.
It is possible to show the actual account balance, as well as the average value and the total sum of all months. The average column is only shown with the direction Forward.
The search form provides the following fields:
- Year: year for which the statistic is queried
- Account: one of the configured time accounts or All
- Period under consideration: Calendar year or Last 12 months; depending on the configuration, an additional, individually named period is available
- Direction: Forward or Backward
The selection of the requested units/departments is operated either via
the organigramm or the favourits-list.
