CSV export in the monthly journal

The monthly journal can now also be exported in CSV format

Custom button in the monthly journal

It is now possible to display one or more custom buttons in the monthly journal. These buttons can do the following:

• Open any action
• Combined export: multiple formats can be exported with a single click

Attention: this requires a change in the configuration!

Password reset for employees without an email address

This new feature affects employees who do not have an email address or for whom none is stored in the person's master record. It gives local admins the option to still reset the password of these persons and to enter an initial password that they can use. At the first login after the password change, the employee is asked to enter their own new password in order to meet security standards.

Blocking the editing of processes by two users at the same time

This new feature prevents the simultaneous editing of workflow requests and the like by two or more designated processors. In the future, it will also be possible to hide tasks that have already been completed by one responsible processor from the other possible processors. However, this function must be set up manually.
