Release Notes - Webdesk - Version 4.61.6 - October 14, 2025
[WD-19502] - A new REST endpoint allows retrieving persons filtered specifically by client_uid.
[WD-16924] - A dialog for adjusting the prices of cloud licenses was introduced to easily implement index-based price increases (e.g. inflation). The adjustment takes effect from a defined date and for selected licenses. The previous assignments are historized.
[WD-19584] - Public fields in the "Time and Attendance" settings can now be deleted by the customer.
[WD-19588] - Field groups in the settings can now be collapsed to improve clarity.
[WD-19539] - The fingerprint tab is now only displayed if fingerprint data actually exists.
[WD-19610] - Absences created via bookings (e.g. home office) are now also displayed correctly in the dashboard calendar.
[WD-19598] - The Microsoft Graph API used was updated to a newer version.
[WD-19625] - Webdesk now supports embedding in iframes of a different origin, through adjustments to the Content Security Policy, the framework conditions for SameSite cookies, and by avoiding direct references to window.parent.
[WD-16461] - The configuration of the 30-day trial form now automatically follows the selected region and loads the matching settings.
[WD-19558] - The validity of groups is now more robust when adding persons with a retroactive validity date.
[WD-19535] - Creating new field definition groups no longer causes an error message ("id to load required").
[WD-17943] - The creation of test accounts for Germany now correctly takes the configured retroactive period into account (PoTrialClientOptions.monthsInPastForValidityStart).
[WD-16925] - Fixed person creation in the HRX module.
[WD-19550] - Removing a dashlet in HRX caused an error message on the subsequent layout change; this behavior has been corrected.
[WD-19573] - In the menu tree search, entries found (e.g. daily/weekly programs) are visually highlighted again in V2024.
[WD-19575] - The automatic initialization of "Webdesk Preloading Kiosk Project permissions" at system startup can now be disabled; this prevents unnecessary system load (e.g. during updates in environments without kiosk usage).
