General Information

The following points must be checked after an update to Webdesk V3.2.3:

• GW calendar synchronization job: When using the calendaring module, it must be checked after an update whether the system parameters that control access to the calendaring implementation were correctly carried over into the newly created job.
• PoGroup/PoPerson: The previously non-configurable connectors PoGroup and PoPerson are now configurable. After an update, check whether they have been created as callable configurations under the menu item Connectors in the administration interface and whether the linked connectors (usually called person connector and group connector) are set as before the update.

• Action permissions: Sorting of permissions by date
• Extension of PoGroupConnector and PoPersonConnector with role assignments and building the organization chart
• Time corrections into the future are supported
• Calendar views: Hiding categories or appointment types
• Longer help texts can now be specified in process definitions

Bug Fixes

• Rescheduling job sends workflow notices only once after the creation of the rescheduling
• Display of the to-date for absence reasons in the attendance board is now correct
• It is now also possible to open an assigned business trip that was currently passed on via workflow for processing from the list of business trips (own or org business trips) for editing. Previously this only worked from the list of open tasks.
• Fixed the error where bookings were not displayed in the booking list
• Fixed the error with the display of ${description} in the request when the comment is missing
• Fixed the error when deleting several business trips at the same time
• Fixed the error when saving the expected costs for the receipts (travel request)
• Fixed the error in the display of the logbook when make and type of the vehicle were not entered
• Hiding the comment field in the process forms now works correctly
• Display of the requester's journal via the process details (Open form) now works correctly
• Fixed the problem with scheduled / unscheduled vacation in days for part-time employees (only the absence days that have a daily target are counted)
• Correct display of canceled rescheduling appointments (notices are displayed with strikethrough details)
• The error in the SeparatorFileHandler was fixed (it concerned double adoption of empty values)
• The old menu editing was removed and replaced with the "Extended" version
• Printing process details with an integrated trip is now possible
• Access to the correct journal configuration for print/PDF is now correct
• Simultaneous approval/rejection/deletion of multiple tasks (including business trips in any status) is now possible
• Fixed the error message that appeared when there is no permission for firstAction
• Formatting specifications are now taken into account correctly in the PDF output of "Business trips extended"
• Email notification for weekly / monthly approval now works correctly
• The selection and its processing for the weekly / monthly approval was extended to three values -- / Yes / No
• Performance problem in the group edit form (po_editGroup) now fixed
• Fixed the error in the PDF output of the journal (no weekdays and no date were displayed)
• Fixed the error after updates in which email texts were reset to the default text
• Fixed the error in the absence request in which "Save as draft" displayed missing WF variables.
• Consideration of the entered formatting in getOrgTravel (wrong time for start/end time of trips)
• Travel ID is incremented correctly
• Make all personal TA actions callable via uid / foreinkey
• Correct switch also to users whose names contain an umlaut
• Page count, "Next page" and "Previous page" are now displayed correctly again
• Fixed the error when using <> characters in the description, after which no detail view was displayed in the WF list
• Fixed the error when saving a process definition with URL parameters in a link by adding an HTML cleaner
• Fixed the error in the formatting of the personnel number in pdf and xls
• Fixed the error with duplicate fields in the NotesConnector (in the ConnectorLink)
• Rescheduling: Approved absences are now marked correctly
• Validation for time corrections into the future is now taken into account
• The "Paid by the company" button on the business trip receipts can be removed if needed
• Consideration of the zoom level in Internet Explorer - a message was added for Internet Explorer in case the zoom size is not 100%
