With the job "InformAboutEvents", it is now possible to format the displayed account
(previously decimal places were not displayed if the value was
zero).
Fully configurable number formatting with the default value '0.00'.
A new parameter was added to the Process Designer that enables "Save as draft" for a request:
If the parameter is not checked (or for old processes), saving as a draft
is not possible.
NOTE: for the follow-up absence reason, saving as a draft is NOT possible AT ALL for various reasons (regardless of whether the parameter is set or not!)
For the "Account correction" process, it is possible to prefill the date with the mode "yesterday" ("Prefill date with yesterday's date").
Additional fields/amount variants can also be output in the business trip reports (action "tm_getOrgTravel").
The following additional fields/amount variants can now be displayed:
In the travel type, you can define whether the flag for the trip from home to the office should be displayed in the mileage allowance:
If the flag is set, the mileage allowance of this row becomes fully taxable.
In the business trip request, information about travelers to the same destination in the period can be shown. After the data is entered, the system checks whether there are trips with the same start and end date to the same region and the same start/destination. If so, they are displayed (list of trips).
The goal is to encourage or remind employees to share transportation for the same destination and date wherever possible (e.g. carpools with just one car).
The travel folder is used to enter or have approved multiple trips in bulk. This enables:
Since January 1, 2009, a new travel expense accounting law has been in force in Germany, which allows two variants regarding deductions for meals:
a) as a direct deduction from the travel allowance
b) as a taxable benefit in kind (i.e. as the taxable portion of the per diem)
The Workflow Webdesk Travel module supports variant a) as a direct
deduction from the travel allowance:
For this purpose, the existing solution was extended so that percentage
values can now also be deducted from the per diem.
The deduction is maintained in the respective accounting definition.
Variant b) can be implemented by making the deduction only in the
tax-free range. This
reduces the tax-free portion, but not the actual
payout amount, and thus the deduction is represented as a taxable benefit in kind
.
In the travel expense report, there is a new receipt accounting named
"Reduction by product of fixed value and additional field value".
This results in the following configuration options: Additional field
(must be of type "Number"); amount of the factor by which the
entered value is multiplied and deducted from the entered receipt value.
Report grouping and selection can also be done by the cost centers assigned to the business trips.
The domestic region is always stored as the default setting when starting a travel request (i.e. you do not have to select Austria separately!)
Additional fields can now also be displayed in the business trip reports:
Personal data can optionally be displayed next to the name, above the displayed accounts.
The following options were implemented:
New option to specify an alternative average value in a
statistic.
This value must be stored in a stwert field in time tracking (if6020). In addition, the entry date is also taken into account; if, for example, the
employee joined in March, the average calculation only starts from that point.
In the statistic, it is now possible to display the increase of an account.
In this way, for example, the month-end value can be calculated from an annually maintained account for sick days
or vacation days, without requiring
another account in the 6020 system.
With the action "po_openExternalWebPage", an external web page (link)
can be opened in a new window.
This is done via an IFrame.
The name of a second TemplateFileConnector config can be specified, to which write operations on the current configuration are forwarded when they are executed.
Requirement: If the supervisor has not approved the employees' journals by the x-th of the month, an
email notification is also sent to the supervisor concerned.
If the employee has not approved the journal by the x-th of the month,
an email notification is sent to the employee concerned.
If no weekly approval exists for the previous month on the last day of the month, the notification is sent. That is, if ONE weekly approval exists, no notification is sent. Saturdays and Sundays are not taken into account, that is, if the month-end falls on a Sunday, that day must be approved and not Friday.
A new attribute was set up that ensures singular group membership in loose groups, i.e. it defines that an employee may be assigned to only one loose group at a time. The groups of this organizational structure then behave similarly to hierarchical groups.
If the parameter "Ensure singular group membership" is checked,
the organizational structures behave accordingly.
For action permissions, it is now possible to sort by date.
In the linked connectors PoGroupConnector / PoPersonConnector there are now new fields depending on the configuration; they are now configurable:
The following new features apply to time correction into the future:
If this parameter is set to "false", only the following appointment types are returned via the service:
This parameter only works for GW-Notes implementations.
A new system parameter was added to the GwCalendarService: deliverAllAppointmentTypes.
In the weekly view of the group calendar, groupware appointments (if available) are now displayed:
If the help text in the help box for the requests is quite extensive, so that it affects the entire page, it is provided with a scroll container with the same height as the table that encloses the form.
