Import of Daily Schedules

This action can be used to import daily schedules required for rescheduling from the time management system (IF6020). The imported daily schedules are then available in the rescheduling form as a category.
The menu item can be found in the menu tree > Scheduling Module > Import of Daily Schedules.

  • Rescheduling structure
    Selection of the scheduling structure - e.g. daily schedules
  • Daily schedules
    Display of the daily schedules that have not been imported yet
  • Selected schedules
    Daily schedules selected for import or activation.
    • Accept all
    • Accept selected
    • Remove selected
    • Remove all
  • Unknown schedules
    Existing rescheduling categories that have no counterpart in the daily schedules
  • Inactive schedules
    Imported daily schedules that are inactive
  • Select number / name
    • Deactivate all
    • Deactivate selected
    • Activate selected
    • Activate all
