Personal Appointment Calendar

In the Personal Appointment Calendar, all existing appointments and absence reasons are displayed in a monthly view. The user can conveniently page between months using the arrow keys.

Configuration Details

The personal appointment calendar is derived as a configuration from the action "ta_getPersonalCalendar" (Personal Calendar).
The following settings can be made in the configuration view:

• Time and attendance system
  Selection of the time and attendance system to be used for the configuration (determines, among other things, the absence reasons available for selection).
• Show groupware appointments
  If the parameter is set to YES, all appointments from the GW calendar are also displayed in the view;
  If NO, the appointment calendar only shows the absences entered in Webdesk (absences, business trips, seminars, etc.)
  The parameter is only visible if the Groupware Integration module is available in Webdesk.
• Do not show the following absence reasons
  It is possible to hide certain absence reasons in the calendar. By adding an absence reason to the list, it is not displayed in the calendar. The absence reason abbreviation is not displayed in the calendar view.
• Query limitation by date
  Restriction of the period in which paging is possible (fixed or relative earliest/latest query date). When the limit is reached, the user receives a notice that it is not possible to page back or forward any further.
