This article describes the necessary steps required to install a Webdesk TA Connector, which is provides the connection between the Webdesk and the Interflex 6020 system.

Steps in Detail

For the Installation used FileFile used for the installation: setup-tacon-xxxx-xxbit.exe

double Double-click starts the Installation
Choose your language: German or English, ok
Welcome screen appears, Next to start the installation
Select language, then click "OK"
Welcome to the wizard --> Next
How many RMI servers should run concurrently?: "7" is typed in preset (the higher the value, the more simultaneous requests can be processed), next then Next
Interflex TA Connector gets is installed Installation is done, next
Interflex Server determination
Installation finished --> Next
Interflex server location:
Where is the Interfelx Interflex server located? With the help of Enter the path here using the chooser or directly the path is entered here. Finish, „Start Webdesk TA-Interflex Connector“ is allready checked, Finish
Check in the Windows services whether Webdesk TA Connector for IF6020 is running automaticly, change it if not
by direct input
Finish - leave the checkbox "Start TA Connector" checked - Finish
In the Windows services, check whether Webdesk TA-Connector for IF6020 has started automatically; if not, change it
