Simple Process Designer

The simple processes are created with the Simple Process Designer. These are already represented in the predefined form types.

Determining the process flow with the Workflow Process Designer

For complex processes that cannot be represented with the process designer within Webdesk, the process flow can be visualized with the help of the process editor. With it, process definitions can be created for complex requests, such as a business trip request or an investment request or the like.

With the process editor, a Java program is downloaded from the server, with which complex processes can be created (determining the workflow flow), loaded and edited far beyond the possibilities of the web-based process definition.
