Statistics
The statistics provide an overview of any time accounts and
their development over the course of the year. Examples of possible
statistics:
- Balance development
- Overtime
- Absences
Configuring a Statistic
A wide variety of accounts can be output in a statistic. The accounts can be
displayed in summary form or grouped thematically. The display of the statistic
can refer to a single account or to the configured selection of several
accounts.
The configurations are derived from the action
"ta_getStatistic".
In the query form, the user selects the year, the
account (a single one or all configured accounts), the
observation period (calendar year, last 12 months, or an
additionally configured observation period), and the
direction (forward / backward).
Configuration details
-
Additional custom observation period
If the parameter is set to Yes, a custom period is
available in the "Observation period" field in addition to "Calendar year" and
"Last 12 months". It is defined with Name of the observation
period (designation in the selection list) and Reference date
of the observation period (month): the period covers 12 months,
starting with the selected month of the previous year and ending with the last
day before this month in the queried year.
-
Show row total
If the parameter is set to Yes, the row total is
displayed.
If the parameter is set to No, the row total is hidden.
-
Show result immediately
If the parameter is set to Yes, the checkbox "Show result immediately"
is activated in this list. If a selection is now made and this checkbox is then
activated, the next time this list is called, this selection is queried
immediately without first displaying the selection organization chart.
-
Show summary
If the parameter is set to Yes, a summary with, for example, the number
of employees and the number and names of the selected groups is displayed at the
bottom of the statistics form.
-
Show groups
If Yes is set here, the queried groups are displayed in the summary. If No, only
the number of queried users is output.
-
Offset
This parameter controls the "shift" of the list in months. For example: If
Offset = 2 is set, a query of the current calendar year only starts with March.
With -2, it starts with November. The offset only takes effect with the
observation period "Calendar year".
-
Field name of alternative average value
E.g., stwert8 - this value must be stored in a stwert field in time recording
(if6020). In addition, the entry date is also taken into account: if, for
example, the employee joined in March, the average calculation only started from
that point in time.
-
Show history
If this parameter is set to YES, historized records are also displayed
Rows to Display
-
Attribute
In this row, any account values can be selected from the drop-down
list
-
Heading
Here you enter the heading for the selected account value that should
appear in the output form.
- Account type
possible selection between: absolute, increase, annual increase
-
absolute
This setting means that the absolute amount of the monthly account is always
displayed. The data is displayed as in the corresponding accounts of the
6020.
-
Increase
This allows a relative increase of an account to be displayed. This means that
only the difference of the account from the previous month's account is
displayed, not the absolute account amount. This setting is not suitable for
accounts that are reset to 0 at the start of the year.
-
Annual increase
Calculation of an annual relative increase. Similar to the Increase setting, the
difference of the account from the account's previous month amount is displayed
here, but with the difference that at the beginning of the accounting year the
absolute amount of the account is displayed. This setting is therefore also
suitable for accounts that are reset to zero at the start of the year.
-
Average
If the parameter is set to Yes, the running monthly or
annual average is calculated and displayed.
If the parameter is set to No, the average is not
displayed.
The average values are only displayed with the direction "Forward".
-
Convert
Selection of either normal or industrial minutes
-
Format pattern
Determines the number of decimal places displayed, e.g., 0.00 or
0.000; next to the "Format pattern" input field you will find a help text in the
form of a question mark
-
Decimal separator
Specification of the desired decimal separator (. , : ;)
-
Position up / down
Possible change of the order
-
Add
By clicking the "Add" button, any number of rows can be added to the
statistics evaluation.
-
Delete
By checking the check box and then clicking the Delete button, the row
is deleted
Additional Data
In addition to the accounts configured above, other person-related data can
be defined here next to the name above the displayed accounts, such as various
person fields from Time & Attendance (e.g., the department, personnel
number, the entry date, etc.) as well as individually designed information in
the form of a JavaScript (e.g., the employment level).
The defined person fields can also be marked as invisible. To do this, select
"Hide" next to the attribute.
