Absences

The absence component is used to record full-day or half-day absences (start and end of the absence, absence reason, half-day, comment) in an annual view.

For this purpose, a configuration is derived from the action "ta_absenceClient" (Absence client).

Configuration

• Time and attendance system
  Interflex IF6020, Interflex IF6040, or Webdesk time evaluation.
• Absence reasons
  Selection of the absence reasons that can be used in the absence client (Available / Usable).

For which employees absences can be recorded is defined via the view permissions of the action.
