Das Modul besteht aus 2 Komponenten:

The Webdesk actions for booking and absence corrections offer, as a separate module, a convenient and inexpensive alternative to the full client of the Time & Attendance system.

The module consists of 2 components:

Mit der Buchungs- und Korrektur Komponente können Zeitbuchungen und Fehlzeiten in Stunden erfasst werden, Zeit- oder Kontokorrekturen vorgenommen oder Tagesprogramme getauscht werden. Für welche Mitarbeiter Buchungen erfasst und / oder korrigiert werden können, wird über die Sichtrechte der Aktion festgelegt. In der Konfiguration werden die Zeitkonten, Tagesprogramme und Fehlgründe hinterlegt, die hier verfügbar sein sollen. Die Fehlzeit Komponente dient der Erfassung von ganz- oder halbtägigen Fehlzeiten für einen Zeitraum (Beginn und Ende der Abwesenheit) in einer Jahresansicht.
