Abgleich von Fehlgründen mit dem Groupware-System

Um in den Groupware-Kalendern die Fehlzeiten aus dem Webdesk angezeigt zu bekommen sind folgende Jobs zu konfigurieren:

• SyncCalendarDates: dieser Job tragt die im Webdesk EWP eingetragenen Fehlzeiten in das Groupware- System ein

Synchronizing absence reasons with the groupware system

To display absences from Webdesk in the groupware calendars, the following jobs must be configured:

• SyncCalendarDates: this job writes the absences entered in Webdesk EWP to the groupware system

In addition, the following system parameters must be set:

• monthsToCheckInPast: 0 - 12 oder älter; Parameter steuert, welches Zeitintervall in die Vergangenheit, die Fehlgründe aus dem Zeitwirtschaftssystem in das Groupware-System synchronisiert werden or older;
  Controls how far into the past absence reasons from the time and attendance system are synchronized to the groupware system
• monthsToCheckInFuture: 1 - 12 oder weiter in der Zukunft; Parameter steuert, welches Zeitintervall in die Zukunft, die Fehlgründe aus dem Zeitwirtschaftssystem in das Groupware-System synchronisiert werden descPrefix:     Terminname > der Terminname wird um das Präfix (wd_ ), welcher vor den Fehlgrund gesetzt wird, ergänzt.  allowedEntriesPostfix:    Terminname wird um das Postfix "genehmigt" ergänzt. Dieser Parameter dient der Unterscheidung von genehmigten und ungenehmigten Fehlgründen. notAllowedEntriesPostfix:    Terminnahme wird um das Postfix "ungenehmigt" ergänzt, z.B. wd_Urlaub_ungenehmigt  absenceReasonsToSync:    1, 2, 3 usw.    Fehlgrundnummern aus dem Zeitwirtschaftssystem, welche synchronisiert werden sollen syncType: 0 oder 1; 0 = genehmigte und ungenehmigte Fehlzeiten werden abgeglichen, 1 = nur genehmigte Fehlzeiten werden abgeglichen

nur für Exchange:

• BUSY: Termine werden mit Status "Gebucht" angezeigt
• OOF: Termine werden mit Status "Abwesend" angezeigt
• TENTATIVE: Termine werden mit Status "mit Vorbehalt" angezeigt
• FREE: Termine werden mit Status "Frei" angezeigt

• or further into the future;
  Controls how far into the future absence reasons from the time and attendance system are synchronized to the groupware system
• descPrefix:
  Appointment name > the appointment name is extended by the prefix (wd_) that is placed before the absence reason.
• allowedEntriesPostfix:
  The appointment name is extended by the postfix "approved". This parameter is used to distinguish approved from unapproved absence reasons.
• notAllowedEntriesPostfix:
  The appointment name is extended by the postfix "unapproved", e.g. wd_Vacation_unapproved
• absenceReasonsToSync:
  1, 2, 3, etc. Numbers of the absence reasons from the time and attendance system that are to be synchronized
• syncType:
  0 or 1; 0 = approved and unapproved absences are synchronized, 1 = only approved absences are synchronized

For Exchange only:

• busyStatus:
  This parameter controls the status with which GW appointments are displayed in the Outlook calendar (visible in the "Show as" field).
  Available settings:
• BUSY: appointments are displayed with the status "Busy"
• OOF: appointments are displayed with the status "Out of Office"
• TENTATIVE: appointments are displayed with the status "Tentative"
• FREE: appointments are displayed with the status "Free"
