Connectors in the Scheduling Module

The Scheduling module uses the RS Planning Connector , which can read and/or write scheduling objects.
If the connector is configured as writing, scheduling information from other systems can be imported into Webdesk with the help of a linked connector.

The RS Planning connector establishes one side of a connector connection and must still be linked to another data source (via a linked connector) so that the data is either written there or read from there.

Example of configuring an RS Planning connector

The RS Planning connector can be configured by scheduling structure and for specific persons, groups, or clients.
Possible scheduling structures:

For the rescheduling structure > Daily schedules, the desired daily schedule type can also be selected under "Rescheduling types" from the list of available daily schedule types.

For the scheduling structure > Organizational units, the desired organization type can also be selected under "Rescheduling types" from the list of available scheduling structures. These scheduling structures are created in the Scheduling module (under Scheduling category they can then be arranged accordingly).

Before the connector can be set up, the rescheduling categories and scheduling structures must therefore first be created in the Scheduling module.
