doRescheduling (Planungsaktion)

Diese Aktion ist das Herzstück des Planungsmoduls und kann dazu verwendet werden, eine Konfiguration für eine Planungsmaske zu erstellen. Das Webdesk Planning Modul ist sehr flexibel und unterstützt unterschiedlichste Anwendungsfälle. Es können zB temporäre Personen anderen Org-Einheiten zugeordnet werden (Springer), für Bereitschafts- und Rufbereitschaftsdienste eingeplant werden oder aber auch Tagesprogramme umgeplant werden. Je nach Anwendungsfall muss die Planungsaktion richtig konfiguriert und in den Menübaum des Kunden integriert werden.

Allgemeine Konfiguration

• Konfiguration nur lesend anbieten
• Ja - Konfiguration ist im Read-Only Modus und man kann keine Änderungen als Benutzer machen. Empfiehlt sich zB für Personengruppen die Einblick in die Planung haben sollen, aber die Planung nicht verändern dürfen.
• Nein - Planung dürfen gemacht werden
• Umplanungsstruktur
• Auswahl der passenden Planungsstruktur
• die Planungsstruktur entscheidet, ob man Zuordnung zu Org-Einheiten, Bereitschaftsdienste oder Tagesprogramme plant
• Detailanzeige
• Vorbelegung von sinnvollen Detailinformationen, die standardmäßig pro Tag angezeigt werden

This action is the heart of the Scheduling module and can be used to create a configuration for a scheduling form. The Webdesk Planning module is very flexible and supports a wide range of use cases. For example, temporary persons can be assigned to other org units (floaters), scheduled for standby and on-call duty, or daily schedules can be rescheduled. Depending on the use case, the scheduling action must be configured correctly and integrated into the customer's menu tree.

General configuration

• Offer configuration as read-only
• Yes - The configuration is in read-only mode and users cannot make any changes. Recommended, for example, for groups of people who should be able to view the schedule but not change it.
• No - Scheduling is permitted
• Rescheduling structure
• Selection of the appropriate scheduling structure
• The scheduling structure determines whether you are scheduling assignments to org units, standby duty, or daily schedules
• Detail display
• Presetting of useful detail information that is displayed per day by default
