Reporting Definitions

The list of report definitions shows all reports available in the system that can in principle be run and packaged into Webdesk actions. In principle, any number of report definitions (rptdesign files) can be loaded into Webdesk and thus made available as a report. The administrator only has to ensure that:

• Each report parameter is correctly linked to a Webdesk form element
• the data source of the report also suits the Webdesk server
• the report definition is ultimately packaged into a Webdesk action (configuration of the action 'rp_getOrgReport.act') and assigned to the end user.

• Report description
  Optional description for the report
• Release SDL format?
• File upload or import from class path (jar file)
  Selection between file (file) or class path (class-path)
• File to upload
  Option to search for and upload a file
• Test the report
  By clicking the button, the report can be tested immediately from the user's point of view
• Test SDL format
• File name / Date / Size / Type
• Download report design
• Delete report design
• Delete all report designs except the latest
