The Create Reallocations job automatically creates an account correction workflow process for selected active persons. The first work step of the generated process is accepted immediately. This allows, for example, reallocations or overtime payouts to be processed according to the workflow defined in the process.
| Process | Link to the current process definition to be used. For this job, the definition must contain the information required for an account correction. |
| Reference date | Optional date in the format dd.MM.yyyy. If set, this date is used for determining account values and creating the process. |
| Ignore min value from process | If enabled, the check whether the minimum value is greater than the maximum value is skipped. The value determined from the process definition is still used as the account value; if the process definition allows null values, the account value is set to null. |
| Default comment value | Text that is used as the default description in the generated account correction process. |
| Client | Determines, per selection row, from which client the available groups are offered. The client itself is not the actual processing selection. |
| Groups | Groups whose active persons are to be processed. Multiple combinations of client and groups can be recorded via Add selection. |
| Send mail to affected person? | If enabled, a mail is sent to the e-mail address stored for the person after successful process creation. Without an e-mail address, no mail is sent. |
| Mail subject and Mail content | Subject and HTML content of the notification. The job passes the content directly as the mail text; automatic replacement of placeholders is not provided in the job. |
If the reference date is left empty, the job uses the date default of the selected process definition. In the code, the defaults ultimoLastQuarter, ultimoLastMonth and yesterday are implemented. An unrecognized or missing default falls back to the current date.
The group assignment is determined using the current execution date, independent of the reference date. The reference date therefore controls the account value determination and process creation, not the selection of group members.
