The full-time equivalent calculation gives you an overview of the development of the workforce of your company over the course of a year based on the full-time equivalent.
Through various selectable reasons, specific information on particular reasons for employee changes can be evaluated.
The following parameters are possible when creating the report
By checking the "Select persons" parameter, you can, for example, also have the employees of an organizational unit you have selected displayed in your organization chart.
Note: Reasons for changes are recorded via Person mask/Employment/Employment states. They can be selected in the dropdown menu of the "Reasons" input field, see the following example.
