The followingg example represents This menu item serves as an example of a filtered account list. The system adminsitrator may assign authorisations for the access to the journals of your employees. In this case you will see the journal-icon next to the employees name. A click on the journal will get you in the actual monthly journal of the respective employee.

By clicking the monthly journal icon, the supervisor goes directly to the monthly journal of the respective employee and can thus get a more detailed overview.

The filters can either be defined in the configuration and always queried in the background, or, based on configuration settings by the administrator, be defined by the user. In this case, the user can check on his or her own which filters to query (according to the configuration of the evaluation) and define the queried value individually.
