The booking mask allows you the user to perform on-line time - bookings . In this process the system transfers time and date online.

The date and time are taken from the web server , it also provides and the correct booking -rhythm (comes / leaves). Additionally you can also book various absence reasons, rhythm is determined by the system. In addition, absence reasons can also be booked this way (e.g., official absenceerrand, doctor's appointment, etc.).

Depending on the configuration, the transferred time taken over can be adjusted within defined predefined limits (maximum number of minutes earlier or later).

A message field allows you to post a note/message, such as "In a meeting until 12:00", "customer visit at XYZ" Furthermore, a message field can be configured in which the employee can enter message texts. Example: Official errand - customer visit; Present - in meeting/conference, etc.

This message is displayed then visible in the attendance tableau, list and can thus be viewed seen by other colleagues.

The upper area of the mask shows the current booking statestatus, and , optionally , the current working time. The area In the "New booking" offers area, the date, time, booking rhythm and the absence reasons are offered; depending on the configuration, the absence reasons are shown can be displayed as a drop-down selection list or as separate buttons. Next to it, either the "Last last booking" or a table of "Today's bookings" (optionally with placelocation) can be displayed. The "Refresh" button reloads the mask.

If location tracking detection is enabledactivated, the GPS coordinates of the device are additionally transmitted together with the booking.

If the current day is before the start or after the end of the employee's time recording, booking is not possible: the buttons are disabled deactivated and a corresponding message notice is showndisplayed.

The "Show Journaljournal" button can be used to provide get an overview over of the entire monthly journal.

To hide the journal again, click on the button "Hide Journal" button, which journal". It appears automatically after clicking on the "Show Journaljournal" button.

A successful time- booking is quitted acknowledged by the server with a server message, in case of non-conformance an adequate error-message will appear.. If errors occur, corresponding error messages appear.

In addition, the dashboard offers the "Time Booking" widget is available on the dashboard. It shows the current state status and the current working time and allows booking directly via buttons for the individual booking reasons.
