The Accumulative time correction form allows to place With the Collective Time Correction form, several time corrections for several dates in the same application.

Enter a comment. A first correction line is already present, with the following fields, which have to be filled in:

• date
• time from - to
• absence reason

Each click on different days can be made in one form.

The user fills in the comment field. Under "Time corrections", a first correction row with absence reason, date and time from-to is already present.
Each click of the "Add new" button adds another correction line, so you can add as many correction lines as you need; row; a row can be removed again with "Delete" removes a line again. .
The date and period of the correction booking are entered in the form, and the desired absence reason is selected from the context menu.
In this way, you can fill in the desired number of time corrections one after the other.
Depending on the configuration, each line row additionally has a comment field or a to-and an end date for time corrections spanning past midnight.

Analogue to the other forms, the journal provides help.

You can start the form either directly, by a click on the Start process button, or save it as a draft for further editing, by clicking on the Save as draft button. For detailed description of handling, please see chapter > Requests. The "Show journal" button (the monthly journal is displayed) serves here as a possible aid when filling out the request.

• The request process can be started immediately by clicking the "Start process" button.
• You can also save the request as a draft.
