This allows user roles and access rights to be defined individually. Roles are assigned to specific people so that they can approve or reject requests.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Personalwolke already offers predefined roles for this area:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Supervisor <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In many companies, the direct manager is responsible for approving requests (for example: vacation, doctor, time off, etc.). We call this type of role a supervisor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can define this at departmental level so that you don't have to assign each employee their line manager individually.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Personnel<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For some requests (e.g. special leave, care leave) you also need the approval of the HR department in addition to your line manager; this is what the \"Personnel\" role is for.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In most cases, employees in the HR department are either responsible for the entire company or for larger areas. This can also be mapped accordingly in the personnel cloud.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various evaluations\/statistics (sick days, vacations, attendance, etc.) can be created.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Travel expense audit<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you use our Personnel Cloud Travel module, travel expense reports can also be checked by the \"Travel expense check\" role. This can either be an internal employee or an external representative.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checks the travel expenses submitted by the employee and can approve or reject them<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rollers that can be added as required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management \/ Board of Directors<\/li>\n<li>2nd supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Works Council<\/li>\n<li>Data Protection Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_224  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h5>The functions of the roles in the personnel cloud<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each request in the personnel cloud has a preconfigured approval process based on roles (for example, the leave request always goes to the \"Supervisor\" role).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to our intelligent authorization concept, you can even link your employees to various roles (for example: Mr. M\u00fcller is the manager of the purchasing department and therefore approves all leave requests from employees in purchasing).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roles are assigned either via the role itself, via the person master sheet or via a group.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_divider et_pb_divider_0 et_pb_divider_position_center et_pb_space\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_225  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h4>Groups<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the personnel cloud, you can choose between two different <a href=\"https:\/\/personalwolke.at\/en\/daisy\/personalwolke-default\/Time-Base\/Administration\/Gruppen.html\/\">Groups<\/a> differentiated: <\/span><b>Organizational chart groups <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Loose groups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Organizational chart groups (departments)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/personalwolke.at\/en\/daisy\/personalwolke-default\/Time-Base\/Administration\/Gruppen\/po_showGroups.act.html\/\">Organizational chart groups reflect the structure of your company<\/a> and provides information about the department in which your employees work. Each employee is assigned to their organizational chart group (for example: purchasing, sales, marketing, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the personnel cloud, roles can be linked directly to groups. When a new employee joins your company, all you have to do is assign them to the right group. This automatically establishes the hierarchy and therefore the approval workflow.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organization chart is created by your project manager during the setup process.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Loose groups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/personalwolke.at\/en\/daisy\/personalwolke-default\/6161-dsy.html\/\">Loose groups<\/a> are used in the personnel cloud to grant authorizations for certain actions\/functions.<\/span><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our standard system, there are three loose groups per module in the personnel cloud:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User group<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manager Group<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admin group<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Predefined actions are attached to the admin group itself, for example the correction client.
