Interview with Mr. Lars Stief about the advantages of our software and his experiences with the personnel cloud at Schrott Bosch<\/h4>\n

Personalwolke<\/strong>How did you become aware of Personalwolke?<\/span><\/span>Lars Stief<\/strong>: At the ZP S\u00fcd 2023 trade fair in Stuttgart.<\/span>Personalwolke<\/strong>: Can you give us a brief insight into what your HR processes looked like before you started using the personnel cloud?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lars Stief:<\/strong> An outdated time clock was being used. This meant that only industrial employees could clock in. The salaried employees recorded their working hours manually.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Personnel cloud:<\/b><\/span> What special requirements did you have for the new system?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lars Stief<\/strong>It was important to us to be able to record leave in hours and not days. It should also be possible to record the clocking times using the existing RFID chip, but also using the clocking times of the mobile devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Personalwolke<\/strong>What has changed positively in your processes as a result of using the personnel cloud?<\/span><\/p>\n

Lars Stief<\/strong>By using the personnel cloud, supervisors have better control over employees' maximum daily working hours. The system provides a better overview of the employees present. In addition, the administration of vacation requests and overtime requests has been significantly simplified.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personalwolke<\/strong>How long did the project implementation take? What did you particularly like about the project implementation?<\/span><\/p>\n

Lars Stief<\/strong>The test phase began on 01.11.2023, the live version began on 01.03.2024 and is still being implemented. We are very well supported by and with the responsible system administrator Mr. Fiedler.<\/span><\/p>\n
