Record disability

Recording a Disability

• Open the relevant employee in question.
• Open the Tab Employment - Disabilities.  By clicking on tab - Disability
• Clicking "Edit" , puts the employee file is set to record into write mode.
• Create a new entry by clicking on "New".
• In the "Disability" field, select the corresponding disability from the selection list.
• The indication of Specifying the approved "percentagepercent" of the disability is a mandatory required field (red asterisk).
• "Legal numbercount" is also a mandatory required field and usually has a value ≥ 1, depending on how many jobs this disability can be credited for, counts toward, which can be found looked up at: https://www.wko.at/service/arbeitsrecht-sozialrecht/Beguenstigte_Behinderte_Arbeitnehmer.html (site of the WKO website)
• Mandatory fields are the The two date fields "Valid from" and "Valid tountil" are also required fields.

Enter tax advantage

• Open the Tab Finances - Tax advantages
• By clicking on "Edit", the employee file is set to a Document to a Disability or Tax Benefit

Recording a Tax Benefit

• Open the Finances tab - Tax benefits
• Clicking "Edit" puts the employee record into write mode.
• Create a new entry by clicking on "New".
• A selection list is stored for the "Type" field.
• Mandatory fields are still the The two date fields for the validity, "Valid from" and "Valid to".until," are also required fields
• The "Comment" field is serves only for more detailed entry only recording and can also remain empty.
