New Features

"Salary Report" in HR-Expert

Our personnel management tool HR-Expert makes it possible to manage salaries and their collective agreement classifications. It also shows the comparison to the respective collective agreement minimum salary, as well as the current classifications and the date of the latest possible reclassification. In addition, the new salary report helps you evaluate salaries clearly per employee and month. Wage types such as vacation and Christmas bonuses, one-time payments, bonuses, and more can also be displayed.

"Payout Month" Option

The new option "Once per year" can now be selected in the wage type. When this option is selected, special payments that are paid out every year in the same month can be configured.

Right-Click in the Person Menu

New shortcuts for administrators: Administration ➔ Persons ➔ Right-click on a person

This provides access to the following actions:

• Journal
• Calendar
• Correction client
• Absence client
• Time expenditures (project time)
• All trips
• Switch user
