Job informAboutEvents

The informAboutEvents job checks TA accounts or TA events using a filter and sends the results by e-mail. Recipients can be role holders, the affected persons, or both. In the supplied descriptor the job is active and configurable.

Recipients and person selection

• Persons to be informed: Role holders, persons, or both.
• Roles: The roles whose responsible persons are informed. With Inform all role holders, additional responsible persons within the area of competence are also considered.
• Include groups: Restricts the check to persons of the selected groups. Without a selection, all current groups are considered.
• Exclude groups: Removes persons of the selected groups from the check.
• Also process inactive users: Also includes inactive persons; by default only active persons with a TA ID are processed.

Processing mode

• Reference date: Checks account balances as of yesterday, the last end of month, the last end of quarter, or a date determined via an expression.
• Time interval: Checks events in the current or previous month or quarter.

Filter

The filter can be defined as an expression or via the filter form. Accounts and personnel fields can be combined with comparison operators and logical operators. In time interval mode, a TA event is additionally evaluated.

Mail content

$list inserts the result list of persons, $date the execution date. For time intervals, $ZeitInterval and $timeRange are also available.

Optionally, the job can link an action in the mail. The URL receives the UID of the person; additional parameters can use the variables $year, $month, $day and $prevMonth. Filter, number format, decimal separator and the output in industrial minutes are controlled via the configuration.

Configuration

• Account and Heading: Account and heading of the result display.
• Text and Subject: Mail template and subject.
• Show filter in mail: Adds the filter used to the mail.
• Server URL, Linked action and Parameters for the action: Generate optional links in the result list.
• Print imprint: Adds the execution date and the notice that the mail was created automatically.

The job requires the TA module. The general job parameters such as trigger and mail notification apply as defined in central job management.
