Jobs in the Groupware Module

Jobs serve as periodically running helper programs for the synchronization and processing of data. Further details on jobs can be found here: Jobs.
The following jobs are relevant for the Groupware module:

• Sync Calendar Dates
  This job synchronizes absences from IF6020 with the Groupware system
• Delete Calendar Dates
  This job deletes all calendar entries from the Groupware system that were generated by the "Sync Calendar Dates" job.
• GwStartOutOfOfficePeriod
  This job automatically activates or deactivates the out-of-office reply in a user's Groupware mailbox. It is based on recorded absences from the TA system and the individual settings for automatic replies.
• UpdatePersonImageFromGraphAPI
  This job synchronizes the profile pictures stored in Webdesk with the photos from Microsoft 365 (Graph API). This means up-to-date user photos appear in the portal without admins or users having to upload files manually. Depending on the mode, the job either completely overwrites existing pictures or automatically decides which version is more current.
