Improvements

[WD-18632] - The header on the welcome page was previously hard-coded. A variable was introduced to make it customizable as part of the branding options.

[WD-17220] - In HR Expert, the person creation dialog could not be scrolled when the content exceeded the visible area.
[WD-18677] - An error message occurred in the simplified person creation, which meant that no new users could be created.
[WD-18595] - When selecting multiple VAT rates, the decimal separator was applied incorrectly.
[WD-18592] - 0-minute bookings incorrectly prevented the submission of the monthly journal.
[WD-18611] - Planned absences were not displayed in red in the absence client as intended.
[WD-18291] - In the simplified Appraisal Interview workflow, open items were resolved: scheduling an appointment is now mandatory, leaving the process is allowed under certain conditions, questionnaires and irrelevant fields can be hidden, and the observation period is prefilled sensibly.
[WD-17066] - The color of the icon in the form did not match the upper area and was corrected accordingly.
[WD-14211] - The comparison of standard process definitions at server startup always failed even though there were no changes.
[WD-18718] - The calendar synchronization generated faulty calendar data.
[WD-18378] - For future virtual entry dates, an error message occurred in the "Employment over 15 Years" report.
[WD-18489] - When printing JournalV2 views in Chrome, the selection of the page orientation (portrait/landscape) was not available.
