Job HrSyncTaOnEmploymentStateStart

Purpose and Status

The job synchronizes the TA configuration at the start of a primary employment state. It requires HR and TA, is configurable, and is active by default in the job descriptor.

Configuration

• Notification process name (notificationProcessName): Optional workflow process that is started after successful synchronization. It must have at least the variables receiver and listDetail. If nothing is selected, no notification is sent.
• Process only specific persons (processOnlySpecificPersons): If activated, only the selected persons, groups, or clients are processed. Otherwise, all matching persons are considered.

Processing

Configured TA field mappings for activated clients and employment states that begin today are considered. The person must have a TA ID. The mapping is applied to the TA data; on success, the optional notification process can be started with the i18n text hr_syncTaOnEmploymentStateStart_notifyUserAboutChange_{from}.
