Job HrUpdatePersonOfficeAddress

Purpose and Status

The job copies the address of an HR location into the office address fields of the persons assigned to it. It is not configurable and is active by default in the job descriptor.

Processing

• All locations are loaded. Only locations with a complete base address are considered.
• For each location, the currently assigned persons are determined.
• The address is copied only for persons whose HR setting for synchronizing the office address from the location is activated.
• Street, postal code, city, and country are copied. The person is then saved.
