Job matchEffortTimesWithAccountedTime

Purpose and Status

The job compares daily project time efforts with the time booked in the TA and deducts excess minutes from the project time efforts. It is configurable and inactive by default in the job descriptor. Without an installed or running TA connector, the job ends without processing.

Configuration

• Days in the past (daysInThePast): Period from the calculated start date up to today.
• Permitted difference between estimated and accounted productive working time (in minutes) (thresholdEstimatedAndAccountedWorkingTime): If the difference exceeds this value, the daily effort is not adjusted. The initial form value is 30.
• Workflow process (workflowProcessToStart): Optional process that is started when a deduction is made. Among other things, it receives from_date, deductionAmountInMinutes, process_author_workflowid, and process_author_group.
• The processing scope can be restricted via persons, groups, and clients.

Processing

If project time and TA time deviate from each other, excess minutes are automatically deducted from one or more matching time efforts. An optional workflow process is started via the deduction listener.
