Action Monthly approval
A new configuration is created, derived from the action "ta_getmonthList".
The permission is granted to the intended role, with view permission according to the role's competence.
Configuration details
-
Confirmation field
This field specifies the IF6020 account in which the weekly approval is set -
Approval field
this field shows the 6020 account in which the monthly approval is set -
Write permission
This parameter determines whether approval can be granted in this form. If the parameter is set to Yes, a choice between Yes/No is possible in the "Approval" column, which then fills the corresponding IF6020 field with this value -
Show summary
If the parameter is set to Yes, a summary is displayed at the bottom of the calendar overview screen, showing, for example, the number of employees and the number and names of the selected groups. -
Show result immediately
If the parameter is set to Yes, the checkbox "Show result immediately" is enabled in this list. If you then make a selection and enable this checkbox, the next time this list is opened, this selection is applied immediately, without first displaying the selection organizational chart - Columns to display
- Type - select the type "Account" here;
-
Attribute - The attributes depend on the selected type;
for "Account", various accounts are available for selection.
In this example, the account "last confirmation" was selected; this field determines when a weekly approval was last given for the user. This field is linked to the confirmation field, so the matching field extended with the prefix "sf" must also be selected here (e.g., for the field twbso1 the corresponding field is sftwbso1).
The account "Approval" shows whether the month has already been approved. Approval can also be granted here, provided that write permission exists for this configuration.
The date query always refers to the last day of the previous month. For example, if 7.11 is queried, the list shows the monthly approvals for 31.10.; if the list is queried for 16.10., 30.09. is displayed.
