Vergleichsreport

Der persönliche Terminkalender (Menüpunkt "Persönlicher Kalender") ist eine Monatsansicht aller persönlichen Termine des aktuellen Benutzers aus der Zeitwirtschaft, sowie aus dem Groupware-System (falls das Modul Groupware-Integration verwendet wird). Mit den Pfeil-Buttons kann das Monat gewechselt werden.

Im Unterschied zum Jahreskalender werden hierbei sofort alle Details der entsprechenden Termine in einer übersichtlichen Form dargestellt. Dazu zählen auch die Details der Groupware-Termine des abgefragten Zeitraums (bei Verwendung des Moduls "Groupware-Integration")

Die folgenden Farben signalisieren die Herkunft bzw. den Status des Termins:

• blau: Termin aus Groupware-System (z.B. Lotus Notes oder Outlook)
• grün: genehmigter Termin aus der Zeitwirtschaft (z.B. Urlaub, ...)
• rot: ungenehmigter Termin aus der Zeitwirtschaft

The personal appointment calendar (menu item "Personal Calendar") is a monthly view of all personal appointments of the current user from Time & Attendance, as well as from the groupware system (if the Groupware Integration module is used). The month can be changed with the arrow buttons.

In contrast to the annual calendar, all details of the corresponding appointments are displayed here immediately in a clear form. This includes the details of the groupware appointments of the queried period (when using the "Groupware Integration" module)

The following colors indicate the origin or status of the appointment:

• blue: appointment from the groupware system (e.g., Lotus Notes or Outlook)
• green: approved appointment from Time & Attendance (e.g., vacation, ...)
• red: unapproved appointment from Time & Attendance
