Personal Appointment Calendar

The personal appointment calendar (menu item "Personal Calendar") is a monthly view of all personal appointments of the current user from Time & Attendance, as well as from the groupware system (if the Groupware Integration module is used). The month can be changed with the arrow buttons.

In contrast to the annual calendar, all details of the corresponding appointments are displayed here immediately in a clear form. This includes the details of the groupware appointments of the queried period (when using the "Groupware Integration" module)

The following colors indicate the origin or status of the appointment:

• blue: appointment from the groupware system (e.g., Lotus Notes or Outlook)
• green: approved appointment from Time & Attendance (e.g., vacation, ...)
• red: unapproved appointment from Time & Attendance
