Account evaluation configurations

To view or edit an existing configuration, select it and click the "Edit configuration details" button.

  • Date from - to
  • Show summary
    If the parameter is set to Yes, a summary is displayed at the bottom of the account evaluation. If set to No, no summary is output. The summary contains the queried groups and the number of queried persons.
  • Show groups
    If set to Yes, the queried groups are displayed in the summary. If set to No, only the number of queried users is shown.
  • Show result immediately
    If the parameter is set to Yes, the checkbox "Show result immediately" is enabled in this list. If you then make a selection and enable this checkbox, the next time this list is opened, this selection is applied immediately, without first displaying the selection organizational chart.
  • Show unexcused absence
    If the parameter is set to Yes, the journal shows the note "Unexcused absence" on days on which no booking was made and no absence is planned.

Anonymize absence reasons for the following groups
In some cases it makes sense not to show the actual absence reason in calendar views (e.g., care leave for a child, sick leave, cure...). For this reason, absence reasons can be anonymized in the Webdesk calendar views.

  • Absence reasons
    Absence reasons that should not appear in the attendance board (enter the absence reason numbers from Time & Attendance)
  • Groups
    Enter the group abbreviation for the groups for which the absence reason is to be "masked" (multiple groups are entered separated by commas, without spaces). Wildcards (*) can also be used (KOST* anonymizes the absence reasons for all groups beginning with 'KOST')
  • Anonymized absence reason
    Enter a neutral absence reason here (defined absence reason numbers from Time & Attendance)

Columns to display

  • Type
    The type parameter determines which value is displayed in the column
    • Account - various account values are available for selection
    • Daily program value
    • Person fields T&A > displays person fields from time recording
    • Bookings > displays the times (from - to) of the booking interval
    • Java Script > a custom-defined Java Script can be used to display various data individually, e.g., the employment level
  • Attribute
    The attributes depend on the selected type
    • Bookings > if Bookings was selected in the Type column, the following attributes are available:
      • abs codes - absence reasons
      • Corrections - time corrections
      • FB - additional system information at the start of the booking (e.g., core time violation)
      • FE - additional system information at the end of a booking (e.g., system clock-out)
      • Bookings - bookings
    • Person fields > the following attributes, among others, are available:
      Employee ID, First name, Last name, orgUnit, UID, E-Mail, employee ID, Short name, User name ,...
    • Account > if Account was selected in the Type column, various accounts from the Time & Attendance system are available for selection.
  • Heading
    Heading that should appear in the column
  • Format pattern
    Determines the number of decimal places displayed, e.g., 0.0, 0.00 etc.; next to the "Format pattern" input field there is a help text in the form of a question mark
  • Decimal separator
    Specifies the decimal separator: comma (,), period (.) or colon (:)
  • Convert
    If an account value is selected as the type, the time can be displayed in standard minutes or industrial minutes
  • Summary Yes/No:
    If the parameter is set to Yes, a summary is displayed at the bottom of the account evaluation
  • Alignment
    Configuration of the alignment: Left, Center, Right
  • Column width HTML
    Layout information, determines the width in pixels
  • Column width PDF
    Layout information, determines the width in points
  • Up/Down
    Move the order within the columns up or down
  • Delete
    Select the checkbox and then click the Delete button to delete the column
  • Add
    Add a new column
